Facilitate child-safety awareness with sensitivity, legal clarity and responsible communication.
A Train-the-Trainer certification for professionals who want to facilitate child-safety and POCSO awareness sessions with sensitivity, legal clarity and responsible communication.
Participants learn to explain child protection concepts, create age-appropriate and institution-sensitive awareness sessions, use case-based discussions, respond to sensitive questions, build awareness around safe and unsafe behaviours and support responsible reporting conversations.
A practice-led certification that builds legal clarity, facilitation sensitivity and the confidence to lead child-safety conversations responsibly.
The POCSO & Child Safety Facilitator Program (POCSO TTT) is an intensive, practice-led Train-the-Trainer certification designed to help professionals facilitate child-safety and POCSO awareness with legal clarity, age-appropriate communication and responsible reporting.
This is not designed as a conventional POCSO awareness programme. Participants learn not only what to teach, but also:
The certification combines legal understanding with practical facilitator capability through:
Every session blends global content with practical HR insight — cases, role plays, reflection, discussion and applied facilitation rather than theory alone. Participants leave equipped to run sessions, not just attend them.
Presentation deck, case studies, templates, facilitation guides, session plans and a complete trainer toolkit.
Every participant receives access to Levitate PeopleSoft's dedicated LMS — a central learning and resource hub supporting the live certification programme throughout the learning journey. Module-wise quizzes and knowledge checks help participants reinforce key concepts, track progress and prepare for the programme's assessment-based certification.

It is a practice-led Train-the-Trainer certification that prepares professionals to facilitate child-safety and POCSO awareness sessions with legal clarity, age-appropriate communication and responsible reporting.
It is designed around what a facilitator has to do in the room, not only what the law says — how to explain it, how to adapt it for an audience, how to handle difficult questions, and how to respond if a child discloses.
Educators, teachers, principals and school leaders; school counsellors and child-safety professionals; NGO and social-sector professionals; HR and L&D professionals; corporate and independent trainers; institutional leaders in child-facing environments; consultants and aspiring POCSO facilitators; psychologists, child psychologists and special educators.
From 24 October — three evenings, two hours a day, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, live online. Nine hours in total across ten modules.
No. The programme builds the legal understanding you need from the ground up, and spends most of its time on applying it — recognising signals, using age-appropriate language, responding to a disclosure and knowing the reporting pathway.
Ten modules: purpose, child safety and the certification journey; the Levitate GUARD Child Safety Framework™; the POCSO legal and child-protection ecosystem; POCSO offences, reporting and child-friendly justice; age-appropriate child-safety communication; recognising signals, grooming and vulnerability; disclosure, response and responsible reporting; prevention and institutional child-safety systems; an applied child-safety case laboratory; and trainer craft, facilitation and a certification practicum.
